כשחושבים פחמימות ישר חושבים על לחמים ופיתות, ואכן – לרוב מדובר במזון פחמימתי שמתפרק בגוף במהירות לסוכר.

אבל הפיתות של גולדי אלישר הן הדבר הכי רחוק מכך.

הן דלות פחמימה ואינן מכילות גלוטן, סוכר או מוצרים מן החי, כך שהן ניתנות לשילוב גם בתפריט של חולי סוכרת, צליאקים, טבעונים וכל מי שחשוב לו לשמור על אורח חיים בריא.

הוראות הכנה

מערבבים את כל החומרים היטב ונותנים להם לנוח למשך 5-7 דקות.

יוצרים כדורים מהתערובת, מניחים על גבי נייר אפייה ומשטחים אותם בידיים רטובות.

אופים כרבע שעה בתנור על חום של 180 מעלות, עד להשחמה.

לאחר מכן צולים את הפיתות על אש קטנה.
