החלק העליון הוא קרמי, גלידת קוקוס תוצרת בית, בעוד שהחלק התחתון עשוי ממיץ תפוזי דם קפוא. גלידת וניל קטיפתית מפוארת מוחמאת על ידי הטעם המתוק, המעט חמוץ של מיץ תפוזי דם בשילוב שמנצח ביום חם.

המתכון: ללא חלב, ללא גלוטן, ללא גרעינים, דל בפחמימות, טבעוני, ללא סוכר מזוקק, רו, ללא סויה, ללא חיטה.

זמן בישול: 5 דקות

המצרכים

340 מ"ל חלב קוקוס חלב שומן מלא
1 כפית תמצית וניל טהור
1/4 כוס סוכר קוקוס
1 כוס מיץ תפוזי דם

אופן ההכנה

1. להקציף  יחד חלב קוקוס, וניל וסוכר קוקוס.
2. למלא 6 תבניות לארטיקים כ- ½-⅔  עם תערובת קוקוס זו.
3. לשים אותם במקפיא ל- 15 דקות.
4. לאחר 15 דקות, למלא את התבניות בשאר המקום שבתבנית עם מיץ תפוזי הדם ולתת להם לשבת במקפיא עד שהם קפואים לגמרי.
