צרור עלי מנגולד

הוראות הכנה:

משרים את הכוסמת לשעתיים, מסננים ושוטפים.

קוצצים גס את עלי המנגולד ומגררים גס את הגזרים.

קוצצים את הבצל ומזהיבים אותו בשמן זית.

מערבבים יחד את כל המרכיבים ויוצרים קציצות.

מניחים נייר אפייה על גבי תבנית ומשמנים אותו מעט.

מניחים את הקציצות על גבי נייר האפייה.

אופים כעשר דקות בתנור שחומם ל-180 מעלות.

הופכים לצד השני ואופים כחמש דקות נוספות.
