המרכיבים

2 כוסות שיבולת שועל שלמה

2 כפות שמן שומשום בכבישה קרה

1/8 כפית מלח ים אטלנטי גס

1/3 כוס צימוקים או אוכמניות מיובשות

חצי כוס אגוזי מלך קצוצים (כאלו שנקנו בקליפתם. יש להימנע מאגוזים קלופים הנוטים להתעפש)

3/4 כוס מיץ תפוחים

1/4 כוס ממרח שקדים

1/2 כפית קינמון

4 כפות סירופ מייפל קנדי טהור

אופן ההכנה

מחממים את התנור ל-200 מעלות.

מערבבים היטב את כל החומרים.

מרפדים תבנית בנייר אפייה.

בעזרת כף יוצרים מהתערובת כדורים ומשטחים אותם על הנייר לעיגולים בעובי 1/2 ס“מ ובקוטר 5 ס“מ.

אופים 1/2 שעה, או עד שהעוגיות הזהיבו.
