כל מפגש מחולק לשני חלקים עיקריים: חלק מקצועי וחלק מעשי.

בחלק המקצועי מוצג ידע מתקדם ומבוסס מדע וניסיון לגבי האופציות הטובות ביותר עבור בריאות המוח, מערכת החיסון, שינה טובה, בריאות העורקים והלב, עצמות, מיקרוביום, לחץ דם, כולסטרול, תסמונת מטאבולית, משקל סוכר ועוד.

בחלק המעשי ניתנים כלים, מתכונים ורעיונות רבים כיצד לאכול את כל האוכל המצויין הזה… לכל אחת מארוחות היום יינתנו לפחות 10 אפשרויות טובות מאוד מהן ניתן לבחור ולגוון.

הקורס מועבר כהרצאות בזום עם מצגות מושקעות. כל נרשם לקורס יקבל גישה לאתר הקורס הדיגיטלי שם נגישות הקלטות ההרצאות יחד עם מידע נוסף כהרחבה.
