בשנת 1994 סיימתי את לימודי התזונה באוניברסיטה העברית והתחלתי לעבוד בבית חולים שיבא, בין היתר, במחלקה להפרעות אכילה, מה שתרם מאוד להמשך דרכי המקצועית.

לאחר 7 שנים, חשתי שמקומי הטבעי הוא בעבודה על ילדים והורים ומאז אני עוסקת בתחום זה, יודעת ומרגישה שזה היעוד שלי ומודה על הזכות להיות לעזר למשפחות רבות.

בלימודי התואר השני, התמקדתי בגורמים במשפחה שתורמים להצלחת הטיפול בהשמנת ילדים. הבנתי שהטיפול היעיל ביותר שמשיג תוצאות בהווה ובעתיד הוא הטיפול בגישה המשפחתית ובמילים פשוטות – המשפחה היא הכוח המניע להצלחה.

למדתי באוניברסיטת תל-אביב ובמכון גומא והוסמכתי להיות מאמנת אישית ומנחת קבוצות, למדתי את שיטת ההתנגדות הלא אלימה והסמכות ההורית החדשה (מיסודו של פרופ' חיים עומר) וכן למדתי במכון אדלר את גישתו, ועוד ועוד. כל זאת במטרה אחת – לסייע למשפחות להיות בריאות ושמחות!

כיום אני רכזת תחום תזונת ילדים ודיאטנית ילדים בכירה במגזר הציבורי  ועובדת בקליניקה בתל אביב.
