כמה חשוב להיכנס עם הילדים למטבח, להכין יחד מגוון מאכלים בריאים ולחשוף אותם לרכיבים מזינים.

גם אם מתחשק להם להכין משהו מתוק, זה בסדר. רק כדאי תמיד לנסות "להבריא" את המתכון כמה שאפשר.

אז הנה גרסה בריאה יותר ומוצלחת מאוד לעוגיות הקורנפלקס האהובות.

מתכון עוגיות דגנים לילדים

מצרכים:

כוס שיבולת שועל

2 כוסות מים

כוס ברנפלקס

כף סילאן / דבש

לציפוי (לא חובה): 100 גרם שוקולד מריר 70%

הוראות הכנה:

ממלאים סיר ב-2 כוסות מים, מוסיפים את שיבולת השועל ומבשלים עד שמתקבלת תערובת דייסה סמיכה.

מורידים מהאש, ומוסיפים את הסילאן או את הדבש. מערבבים היטב.

שוברים את הברנפלקס עם הידיים לתוך קערה.

מוסיפים לקערה את שיבולת השועל ומערבבים בעדינות.

אם מעוניינים בציפוי השוקולד: ממיסים בבן מארי את השוקולד ושופכים לקערת הדגנים.

מערבבים היטב עד שכל הדגנים מצופים בשוקולד.

ממלאים מנג'טים עם התערובת ומצננים.

לרעיונות נוספים שיסייעו לילדיכם לאכול בריא יותר, מומלץ להגיע להרצאה "לשכנע את הילדים לאכול בריא ולאהוב את זה!" ביום שישי ה-25.11 בשעה 10:00 בבוקר במסגרת כנס אוכלים בריא 13.
